Transforming Management is an online journal that seeks to promote conversations and debate amongst managers, academics and other commentators. Its name is derived from the idea that one of the most radical things we can do is to just start talking; that we need not draw hard boundaries between theorists and practitioners, between the 'thinkers' and the 'doers.' We can all theorize and we can all practise, and if we simply recognise this we might effect positive change in management more quickly than we dare hope is possible.
